There are quite literally hundreds, if not thousands of fitness books available to the consumer. They can range in topics from a particular style of exercise to proper nutrition and even emotional and mental fitness. With all the available options, picking the right book can seem a bit confusing.

Exercise and fitness books can be a great way to develop a home workout routine. They can be a valuable source of information on everything from proper warm up and stretching to isolating a particular part of the body that needs work. However, it is important to not overdo it; and if you have questions, asking a qualified professional is the best way to go.

Fitness books can be found through both local and online sources. Most local bookstores will have at least a few books available. However, online retailers often have a much wider selection from which to choose.
